Memberships and inclusions are subject to change
$20 joining fee applies
All memberships are ongoing until cancellation is requested
Memberships cancelled prior to 6 months from start date will incur a $99 cancellation fee
Suspensions incur a $5 per week fee
All membership changes must be requested in writing. Email rockitmemberships@gmail.com or fill out the 'Changes to Membership' for on our website
Requests made cant take up to 7 business days to process
Payments are paid via a direct debit on a weekly/fortnightly/monthly basis as requested during signup
Rockit Silver Memberships are debited on a monthly basis
Payments from a credit/debit card incur additional fees
Dishonor fees (via payment company) apply for missed payments

Suspension fee is $5 per week and covers the whole account and all members under that account - memberships cannot be suspended individually.
$99 cancellation fee is applied to any individual membership that is cancelled within 6 months of joining the group membership
The group discount varies depending on how many members are on the account
