We strive to provide the best coaching available using both the expansive knowledge of our own experienced coaching team in conjunction with world class training programs designed in conjunction with our head coach, Duncan Brown.

Class sizes are strictly limited and as such Booking is ESSENTIAL.

Looking to build flexibility, strength, or even manage stress and find relaxation? Then Rockit Yoga is for you. Whether it is to take your climbing to the next level or just for fun, this class caters for all, from experienced Yogis or first timers.

Bring your own Yoga Mats, no bookings required.

Weekend Academy

Ages: 5 - 13 years
Saturday OR Sunday 8:30am - 10:00am​​

The Weekend Academy is designed to be an all ages class which moves the focus slightly away from general fitness and techniques, and more towards teamwork, problem solving and, of course, climbing through the heavy use of games and time spent on the wall helping the students send their project climbs.

Saturday and Sunday Classes run on the same program for that week.


Ages: 5 - 8 years
Saturday 8:00am - 8:30am​​

Rockit Joeys is a fun and interactive way for young children aged
to get an introduction into the world of climbing. The classes cover basic rock climbing technique and problem solving skills using various games and practical activities, encouraging team work with their belayer and each other as they learn to crush their climbing goals.


Parents are encouraged to stay for the class and get involved by belaying and assisting for a fun family orientated class.


Ages: 9 - 12 years
Monday & Wednesday  5:00pm - 6:00pm
Tuesday & Thursday  4:00pm - 5:00pm


Rockit Wallabies is designed for kids to learn the fundamentals of climbing while having fun. Each week the Wallabies have new challenges and activities to teach them basic climbing skills providing a great way for children to build confidence, develop problem solving skills, practice communication, gain fitness as well as continuing to develop problem solving skills and friendships.

Students also have the opportunity to become proficient in belaying under the supervision of our coaches for these class periods, and as such parents aren't required to stay once their child settles into the class.


Ages: 13 - 18 years​​

Tuesday & Thursday  5:00pm - 6:00pm

Rockit Roos is a young adult program aimed at both introducing new climbers to the sport, and to furthering existing climbers towards their goals, by using a more focused class aimed at creating great climbing and training practices with the focus on creating climbers for life by;

  • Building solid fundamental climbing skills

  • Developing strength and fitness

  • Further existing problem solving skills and communication

  • Setting and achieving goals

Adult Classes

Ages: 16 + years ​​​
Monday, Wednesday & Friday 6:30pm - 8:00pm


Adult classes are run over three sessions each week, focusing on technique, strength and fitness, training habits and injury prevention allowing you to improve every aspect of your climbing, helping you reach new heights and hit goals that previously felt out of reach.

Technical Monday

Monday's class aims to break down technique, whether it is teaching it for the first time or refining your motion after years of climbing. This class will both teach you the fundamentals of climbing movement but also help you elevate those foundations bringing greater efficiency in your movement while climbing.

Fitness Wednesday

Wednesday is a strength and conditioning class largely based off the wall with a focus on training fitness, strength and conditioning to better improve your performance. We guarantee this highly climbing specific workout will leave you feeling stronger each week.

Friday Training Sesh

This class aims to bring together aspects of both Monday and Wednesday classes with on the wall drills aimed at bringing the seperate aspects of performance together helping you reach new heights. This Friday class also focuses on building Climbers for Life, with a strong focus on good training habits and injury prevention measures.

Rockit Athletes Program

Ages: All (Entry via recommendation of Coaching Staff)
Tuesday & Thursday 6:00pm - 8:00pm
Sunday 3:00pm - 5:00pm (Fortnightly)

The Rockit Athletes Program is an invitation only program for those climbers ready to take it to the next level, whether they are regular competitors or pushing personal goals. These classes are taught to a mature audience where our team of coaches will work to teach climbers to self evaluate performance, identify weaknesses and work to overcome and further themselves through personalised training programs along with group led sessions by our team of specialist coaches.

Tuesday and Thursday classes will be guided group classes working on furthering strength and fitness, technique and injury prevention, with the Sunday class acting as a 'free training' session for athletes to have one on one time with our coaches, refine and train using their training plans while having coaches there to correct any technique and assist.

This is a specialty program at Rockit and participants can only enter through a strict selection process, evaluating the climbers technical capabilities, experience, attitude and maturity as well as recommendations from their usual coach.
