Rockit is proud to offer class options for all skill levels and ages. ​​

 

We strive to provide the best coaching available using both the expansive knowledge of our own experienced coaching team in conjunction with world class training programs designed in conjunction with our head coach, Duncan Brown.

Class sizes are strictly limited and as such Booking is ESSENTIAL.

Yoga

Monday 7am - 8am & 9am - 10am  - with Ash
Tuesday 6pm - 7pm - with Khloe
Thursday  6pm - 7pm - with Ash
Friday 7am - 8am & 9am - 10am - with Khloe
Sunday 4pm - 5pm - with Khloe

Looking to build flexibility, strength, or even manage stress and find relaxation? Then Rockit Yoga is for you. Whether it is to take your climbing to the next level or just for fun, this class caters for all, from experienced Yogis or first timers.

Bring your own Yoga Mats, no bookings required.
